Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days

and we will make it right. What follows are the exact terms.

Return window

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests

after this window cannot be accepted.

What can be returned

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging with all seals intact. Skincare is

a hygiene product; we cannot resell items that have been opened, so please decide

before you break the seal.

Free gifts and samples included with your order

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within

48 hours of delivery at hello@ekkabeauty.com with your order number and clear photos

of the item and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund

including original shipping. You do not pay to return damaged or incorrect items.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@ekkabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service. You cover return shipping unless

the return is our error.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you and process your refund.

Refund method and timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after

we receive and approve the return. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued viabank transfer within 7 business days to a UAE account you provide. Buy now pay later

refunds through Tabby or Tamara are processed through the respective platform and

follow their timelines.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original for

a refund and place a new order.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as

possible at hello@ekkabeauty.com. Once an order is with the courier, our return policy

applies instead.
