These terms govern your use of ekkabeauty.com and any purchase you make

from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ekkabeauty.com is owned and operated by Ekka Doullie LLC, a limited liability company

registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under trade license

number 2647625.01. Our registered address is Sharjah Media City, Al Messaned,

Sharjah, UAE. In these terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to Ekka Doullie LLC. "You"

refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm

that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and pricing

All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT

unless stated otherwise. We try to describe products accurately, but photos, colours,

and finishes on screen may differ slightly from the physical item. If a pricing or

description error is made, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund

you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the dispatch

confirmation email. Before that point, we may decline or cancel an order for any reason,

including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, delivery address

restrictions, or pricing errors.

Payment

We accept payment via credit and debit cards processed through Shopify Payments,

cash on delivery, and buy now pay later services such as Tabby and Tamara whereavailable. All payment information is handled by the respective payment processor and

is not stored on our servers.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and return terms are set out in our shipping policy and refund and return policy

and form part of these terms of service.

Intellectual property

All content on ekkabeauty.com, including the Ekka name, logo, product photography,

written copy, and site design, is owned by or licensed to Ekka Doullie LLC and

protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. You may not copy,

reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written

permission.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and

for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised

access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with

its operation or security, and not to submit false or misleading information.

Product claims

The products we sell are cosmetics for external use only. Individual results vary.

Statements about product benefits are not medical claims. If you have sensitive skin or

a specific condition, patch test any new product before use and consult a dermatologist

if needed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability to you in connection with any

order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or

consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, and the effective

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising

in connection with these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by the courts of
