Shipping policy
We ship across the UAE only. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same
working day. Everything else you might want to know is below.
Where we ship
Within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping fees
Free shipping on orders above AED 150.
Orders below AED 150: flat rate of AED 20.
Cash on delivery adds AED 10 to cover courier handling.
Dispatch timesOrders placed before 2pm UAE time on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next
working day. Our working days are Monday through Friday.
Delivery times
Dubai: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: 1 to 3 working days
Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 2 to 4 working days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner and may vary due to
weather, public holidays, or logistics delays outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number as soon as your order is
dispatched. You can track your order through the courier portal linked in that message.
Failed or missed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3
failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange
redelivery, which will be charged at AED 20. If we do not hear back within 7 days, the
order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email
hello@ekkabeauty.com immediately. Once an order is dispatched, address changes are
not always possible, and any redirection fee charged by the courier will be passed to
you.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage with the
courier before signing. Then contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our refund and
return policy for what happens next.
